• Shipping directly from our workshop in Chicago all over US and Worldwide. Highest level of attention to packaging, short delivery time. Everything is sent in stiff cardboard boxes, handled with care.
  • Your order is dispatched by the USPS. Transit time varies from 3 to 7 days; for  international orders it is 14 to 20 days.
  • As soon as the product gets shipped, we send you the tracking number of the dispatched product and an estimated date of delivery.
  • When you receive your ordered product(s), please take them out of the box. Make sure that everything you had ordered is well in place. Box with hats, should also include a packaging slip with style info, colour, size and quantity of hats.
  • Please note that if there’s any problem with the order, you should notify us within 3 days, so that we can try our best to resolve the issue.
  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to our store within 2 weeks of delivery.
