Something is wrong?
Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will help you as soon as possible. We will send you a "return label" and also make a refund in case you didn’t like the item or something is not the way you expected it.
Several types of hats are exempt from being returned.
- Special orders;
- Sale items;
- 1-day and 2-day delivery orders;
- Any other product and hats that has an original retail value of $ 200 or more;
There is a 10% or minimum $10 restocking fee on return hats.
How do you deliver and package your product?
Shipping hats directly from our workshop in the heart of Florida all over the US and Worldwide. Highest level of attention to packaging, short delivery time. Everythings is sent in stiff cardboard boxes, marked fragile and handled with care throughout the whole shipping process.
What are the ways to return the order?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Removal or loss of any tags will make you ineligible for a return.
