Returns & Refund
We don’t make hats for stock. We produce hats in order only. Every item is handmade to order in 48-72 hours at our workshop in Chicago.
Something is wrong?
Due to the Christmas Holiday season (in December), we will offer an extended returns window of 30 days. Please make all return requests as soon as possible during this period.
We will send you a "return label" and also make a refund or give you a Boutique credit for repurchasing the new hat.
All hats are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are granted. We do not consider defects of natural fiber, straw, or felt such as irregular thickness, flecking, weave variations, and loose straw ends.
We call for considered purchasing. Make sure you select the correct style and size when placing your order. Please help us to save time and resources!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Removal or loss of any tags will make you ineligible for a return.
Pay attention, that any returned hat with make-up on the sweatband will not be accepted for a credit note or refund.
Several types of hats are exempt from being returned.
